EARLY SUNDAY MORNING: STAGING DELIVERED AND SET UP. SOUND SYSTEM SET UP.
10:30 - HULL MEMBERS ARRIVE TO BEGIN PRELIMINARY SETUP
11:00 - COMMUNITY REPS FOR npfh ARRIVE TO HELP SET UP, GET BADGES, NAME TAGS, ID BUTTONS, ETC.
11:30 - first band NO LUCK AT ALL, metal band, winners of 2002 Marshfield Fair battle of the bands.
12:20 -PROJECT CONCERN Hip Hop Dance Troupe
12:45 - FUZJAWUNKY, funk fusion band
1:30 - HEARTBEAT OF HULL DRUMMERS (primary grade students, African-style hand-drumming)
1:45 - CORNER STONE, reggae band
2:25 - WELCOME, ANNOUNCEMENTS AND participants gather along seawall above beach at their letter staging areas
2:40 - Native American flavored UNITY CEREMONY (flags from the participating towns and cities)
2:50 - MOVE TO THE BEACH, LINE UP ON MARKED LETTERS IN SAND - letter leaders have people in their letter sign the NPFH pledge and then pass out commemorative buttons, chits for ice cream, lollipops and programs
3:15 - HELICOPTER FLYOVER AND AERIAL PHOTO - THE STAND IN THE SAND
HELICOPTER WILL MAKE SEVERAL PASSES TO MAKE SURE IT GETS PLENTY OF GOOD PHOTOS
3:30 - SLUSH AND ICECREAM FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
3:30 - final band STEREOHOGAN , classic rock band
Additionally there will be magicians, face painters, cartoon characters, balloon animal sculptors wandering around to entertain the children.
4:30 breakdown and clean-up
Tell your groups to bring picnic lunches if they want as there will be no food vendors. Dunkin Donuts is across the street. Up the beach, next to the Red Parrot restaurant is Trolley Dog (hot dogs) and Stuff it (rolled pita sandwiches) and a Subway past the Hotel on Nantasket Ave. There is also food available along the storefronts on Nantasket Ave. We will have water and lemonade ONLY!
