Is Homework a Struggle at your House?
Parents from all surrounding communities are invited to attend a presentation by Dr. Wendy Nelson providing practical advice for parents to help provide structure in the home setting and avoid the homework battle.
How to Successfully Help your Child with Homework
Wendy Nelson, Clinical Psychologist, will explore how parents can effectively help their child with homework and create structure at home.

 If students need to take home another bus, two notes need to be brought to the main office by the end of homeroom:· One note from the parent of the student requesting a temporary change of bus.
· One from the parent of the student indicating they know a request has been made for another child to come to their house after school.
We need to ensure there is space on the bus. It is also important the MMS staff know which parent is taking responsibility for someone else’s child. A staff person from MMS will contact parents if a request cannot be honored. Unless it is an emergency, phone calls will not be accepted as a request for a change in buses.
